The term "mindfulness" is often used interchangeably with "meditation," but they are not the same. Mindfulness is a mental state that can be trained and cultivated through meditation. Mindfulness meditation is not meant for only an hour a day, but for the whole day. Meditation can be done anytime, anywhere when you can stop and take a few breaths.
